Monday-Friday @ Mission Hills- 3:45 pm

April Grizzly Track Workouts = Race Phase
4-8 Mon Cut Down 1200-1000-800 / Finishers 200/150 x 5
4-9 Tue 30 minute Run // Ladders
4-10 Wed 400s x 12 (Race Pace)
4-11 Thu Recovery Run 3 miles - CORE - Bands - Jump Rope
4-12 Fri Pre-meet for Varsity / Relays for JV
4-13 Sat Jaguar Invitational @ Valley Center HS (Afternoon Session) Varsity only
4-14 Sun Recovery
4-15 Mon Cut Down 1600-1200-800 // 110 Striders
4-16 Tue Pre-meet
4-17 Wed Home Meet vs Vista HS Release 2:00 pm
4-18 Thu Recovery for JV / Pre-meet for Varsity
4-19 Fri Escondido Invitational @ ESCO HS (Afternoon Release)
4-20 Sat Easy Run Up to 45 min
4-21 Sun Recovery
